• Free deliveries starting at 5 items and more all across: Western, Central and Eastern Europe and Russia
  
• Deliveries are managed by DHL via GLS , Austria Post or Swiss Post.
  
• All our deliveries have an insurance guarantee of Euro 500 per package in case of loss.
  
• In general and based on stock availability goods are shipped within 5 business days.

ALL OTHER MARKETS, Middle East & Africa

• Free deliveries to Middle east & Africa for 11 Items and more.
  
• Deliveries to all other markets, including Middle East & Africa cost Euro 29 to Euro 35 for a 3kg. package, which contains around 10 items. Hats might occupy a larger space and might require an extra cost.
  
• Deliveries to Midlle East & Africa are managed by DHL via Austria Post.
  
• All our deliveries have an insurance guarantee of Euro 500 per package in case of loss.
